Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you are satisfied with the beds. I will take the castor issue up with production. Regarding the tele sales team due to our growth we have taken a few new members on to answer the telephones and that they are in the process of being trained and after training will be a competent as Richard.
Received the mattresses very quickly and they are well made and good quality.

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies. We are in the process of making changes in our base line production and this has caused some issue's. This is now dealt with and will not happen again.
Yes I would buy from them again we bought a 4 piece bed base which was ideal as we could get it upstairs with no problems, it's very well made and looks great.
