We were sent two mattresses that could not be zipped together, When we raised this with the company it was hard to arrange collection and delivery of the correct items.

Thank you for your review and I do apologise as we had a new driver and he delivered the mattresses to you incorrectly. We did try to make the re delivery and collection to suit you and offered any day and the weekend but could not collect after 8.00PM as requested.
Unfortunately the bases and mattresses were not as expected and therefore I cannot rate this well. The mattresses are great - nice and firm and of seemingly a good quality - the bases were okay but...

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you find the mattresses nice and firm. Please accept my apologies regarding the bases as this order was manufactured as we were in the middle of changing our base line production and this should not have happened. I am pleased once the links were posted this solved the issue and that the issue was resolved but please do accept our apologies and moving forward this will not be able to happen again.

Thank you for your review and I am surprised you did not see this on the website regarding delivery as we do state on the delivery section that we are unable to deliver to room of choice as we are not insured for this. We are looking into this fore the future.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry the delivery was delayed as we did have a lorry break down on the day and there was some confusion as we were swapping loads around to get as much delivered as we could and the driver had collected an additional delivery note. The reason the driver was both north and south the following day was we were trying to get two days deliveries out in one go as we had had the lorry failure on the previous day.
In relation to carrying the beds upstairs I am afraid this is something we do not do and state this clearly on the site. Again please accept my apologies as the issue was due to problems out of our control and we were just trying to find a quick solution to get everything out and delivered.
