Battery failed to charge after 4 charges. Took 5 phone calls, 4 emails, and approx 2 weeks (including getting an incorrect battery sent out) before being told they couldn't get a replacement...
The delivery was fine but when after unpackaging we discovered a dent in the side of the machine and informed the supplier we did not receive a response.
Hoover service is worth the money, very easy to book on line they give you loads of dates and times to choose from very impressive.
