Terrible customer service - they do not honour the 30 day guarantee and do their best to fob you off! I would never buy another Hoover product. If I could give no stars I would.

This product worked well for 2-3 few years but now I'm having constant issues with electrical faults, In a two years I'm now currently waiting my 18th call out from an engineer for the same issue.
