It was good to talk to you earlier. Thank you for your feedback. The table was installed and levelled by our installation team. They also showed you how to dissemble the table and brush it. At the time of installation no issues were reported (by either you or our installation team). The mark described on the cloth is that of a play mark (cue stab mark) and is perfectly normal. It wont effect the table nor the play. If you decide to re-cloth your table in the future I am happy to offer a discounted rate for you.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you have had an issue with your table. I have tried to call you to discuss this with you personally, but have been unable to reach you. 

Having discussed this with my specialist fitter who attended to your job, he advised me that the grade of table that you wanted recovered was "pre-owned". Subsequently, the issues that you describe suggest that the cushions (rubbers) may need replacing (as a cloth wouldn't effect the bounce of the cushion, nor pockets on the table).

Please let me know if you would like us to take a look at your table for you, and help advise on the cushion / pocket issue.
