thanks for providing your feedback. I am sorry you feel this way about the service you received from us. I have checked the system and I can see one apartment was booked. If there is a problem with a customers booking we try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, in this case we got you the second apartment at no extra cost. I am sorry you don't feel like this was enough to solve the issue. Many operators have stopped providing a rep in resort and offer a telephone helpline in case you require any assistance.
