The matters raised were addressed with our suppliers who investigated every aspect and responded to each issue. At the contributor's request the case was re-opened and re-investigated but the suppliers reiterated their original decision. It is unfortunate that this was not accepted. We can confirm that at no point were our staff rude and only forwarded the responses received from the supplier.

We can see no notes of any issues raised on your booking and have no record of emails received. However, if you email admin@holidaygems.co.uk with copies of the original emails the issue will be addressed
