Had a problem with helpful, as their confirmation emails, of booking and deposit, did not come through. I had to keep telephoning them to ask where it was, besides emailing them too. It came through...

They didn't call me back to take the deposit as promised. I had to call them one day later to ensure the online booking had worked correctly.
