Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am s sorry so many of your Yew haven't made it. I have dropped you an email, so if you just reply to it and confirm the amount of plants that have failed, and if you would prefer the smaller 9cm pots now or if you would prefer to wait until November for the Yew bare roots and I will arrange it for you. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you received your order with 4 x plants missing, I have asked our accounts department to process a refund for the 4 x plants. We do run lots of special offers on, so I am sorry the offer finished before you placed your order, but I am glad when you placed your order over the phone you received a discount. I hope your plants have settled into their new garden and are growing well. During the spring they produce tiny white flowers that are popular with butterflies and bees and during winter they produce small red berries that hungry birds love.
