We always aim to support our customers in the event of failures, and in line with our guarantee, we offered to replace the plants at no cost. While we understand you declined this option, and we are sorry we weren’t able to resolve the matter in a way you felt was satisfactory. We regret any frustration caused by the delay in communication and the difficulty reaching us by phone — our customer care team experienced an unusually high volume of enquiries at that time, and we are working hard to improve response times across all channels. Although refunds are not typically offered in cases like this — as failures can occur for a range of environmental reasons outside of our control — we respect your decision to pursue a chargeback and confirm that this has now been resolved.
