Thank you for your feedback. We supply many thousands of plants in P9 (9 cm) pots and normally receive extremely favourable feedback. I would be very surprised if the plants do not prosper however should they not do so then please let me know and I'll arrange to supply replacements free of charge. I have provided details of your comments to the team at the Nursery where the plants we supplied to you are grown as they do review all feedback in the steps they take to achieve the highest possible quality in their production of plants. Thank you for your feedback. Due to the period of time that has elapsed since your order was delivered our carriers (Parcel Force) system does not provide detailed information about your delivery. For your information our instructions stated: deliver on 26th April as in all day, or behind small open gate to left hand side of house up the driveway. These instructions at least in part provide a response to your feedback. For your information in circumstances where orders are stolen from a delivery address (extremely rare) we always replace such items free of charge. With regards to the plants then I do hope all of them will yet prosper. As with all new planting schemes the plants will require very regular watering although from your comments I'm sure you will have done so. Should in due course the plants not prosper please let me know and I'll arrange to replace these in one delivery (if some of the Box need replacing this would have to be in the next bare root season - October 2013 to April 2014).
