Thank you for your feedback that I was most disappointed to read. As detailed on our website a failure rate of 10% can be expected when planting bare roots but it is most unusual to experience a failure rate considerably above this level. I would propose we either replace the plants in the next bare root season (from October 2013 to April 2014, please contact us during this period to place your order)or if you wish to re-plant now we can deduct the cost of the bare root plants from the cost of replacing these with Cherry Laurel plants in pots. However it is most unusual to experience a failure rate considerably above this level (as per the bare root plants you purchased from us in 2012) although it can occur for a number of reasons. I have inspected the batches of stock from which your plants were selected and have been unable to identify any reasons for concern.
