„Hot Diamonds“ apžvalgos

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your latest purchase, particularly as a valued returning customer. We understand your comments about the necklaces looking and feeling different from our older designs. In order to keep our jewellery affordable, some of our pieces are slightly lighter and some pendants do come with more delicate chains. Despite some designs being lightweight, we do try to keep all our jewellery high quality and are really sorry that those necklaces did not meet your expectations. Please be assured we still do heavier higher-priced designs. We really do value your loyalty and your previous support, so it is disappointing to hear that this experience has left you feeling that you will not shop with us again. Your feedback means a great deal to us and will certainly be taken on board. We apologise sincerely for the disappointment caused. With kind regards
