Yes, we will deal with all fraudsters very robustly and you can take your patronising mysogenistic language and shop elsewhere. I will not ever be likened to a prostitute, i sell a product online, just because you have paid me a very small amount of money that does not mean that you get to defraud me and abuse me or my staff.
So i totally agree with you, if your looking for a small business to defraud choose another.
Trading standards will do nothing because you are a fraudster. As i politley tried to explain to you on the phone you were making utterly ludicurous claims that as of yet you have not backed up with any evidence at all. We keep full records of every single sachet of grains that is packed. The weight, its batch code etc etc. Its called full tracebility, its legally required. All of our scales are checked and certified by trading standards and we have full HACCP procedures in place to ensure that what you claimed is impossible and we have audits and again procedures in place to check the system works. There is also CCTV of your order being packed from start to finnish and the weight of your order once it was packed. We are not some ebay seller we are a proffessional company that has been doing this a long time.
Those kind of scams may work on Amazon and ebay but they do not work on us.

As i stated on the phone, mysogenstic language will not be tolerated and we will always be robust in our response to fraud. Quite frankly at this point you are the only man in history that has ever likened me to a prostitute and is still alive to tell the tale. I feel you got off lightly.
If you are looking to use mysogenistic language and want to liken selling goods online with prostitution after making utterly rediculous claims then i would advise putting a hard hat on before the call or perhaps a pair of ear defenders?
I did try to stop you humiiating yourself by letting you know that every single sachet of grains that we produce is recorded including the weight of the grains which batch they came from, what time they were packed and the entire process is recorded by CCTV. That our scales are trading standards checked and that we have a procedures in place to ensure that what you are claiming is impossible and more procedures in place to audit the procedures and makes sure they work!we also record the weight of all parcels before they go in the post and record the packing process. in short we are a proffessional company NOT someone selling grains from their home. The kind of scam you tried to pull might work on ebay but it does not work with us. As of yet you have not provided us with any evidence at all that backs up your claims.
