Many customers take advantage of this service, as it can help to increase the likelihood of buying the right colour first time. In the vast majority of cases, we get it spot on, and customers are very happy with the recommended colour. However, as I'm sure you can appreciate, we are working from photographs and very occasionally, despite your best efforts to take clear, accurate photographs and our best efforts in reviewing the photographs, what appears to be a good match looking at your photographs on our screen, might not be so good when you get to look at the product with your own hair in 'real life'. It is for this reason that we cannot offer any guarantees with our personal colour match service. We are, however, happy for you to return any unsuitable items in accordance with our terms and conditions (these can be found on our website).
