Thanks for your feedback, I actually dealt with this particular issue myself and can only apologise for the problems we encountered. You did indeed provide an alternative address but unfortunately our dispatch team failed to change the delivery details over. I can only hold my hands up here and again apologise on behalf of GuitarGuitar. I would hate this experience to put you off shopping with us online again and can assure you that if there is something you want in the future, you can contact me on support@guitarguitar.co.uk and I will personally make sure the goods reach you on time. To end on a positive note, I'm very glad to hear you're enjoying the guitar. Freshman make some great guitars and you're obviously happy with the one you have there, that's what we like to hear!
