Can not use the subscription

Am unable to download product, due to slow VSAT service unreadable. What is downloaded is lost and i have ot restart from the beginning

It is unusual that once your issue has downloaded that you would have to re-install. Occasionally we do experience some issues within the App store that are out of our control, but we are continually working to resolve these directly with the provider and deliver you the experience you expect.
