You issue me a customer number and when i TRY to sign up, it tells me there isnt enough customer details.

You issue me a customer number and when i TRY to sign up, it tells me there isnt enough customer details. I've tried to sign up a dozen times. How can YOUR own number issued to me NOT work?

Hi Mark. Thanks for leaving us your feedback. I believe that from the image you've sent us it's because you've entered both your first and surname in the 'surname' field. Your customer number is correct and your subscription is live. Please try just entering your surname. Resolved.... thank you. It took a bunch of emails for you to finally discover that Surname is actually called "Last Name" on this side of the pond... No problem. Thank you.
