I have not received my magazine yet!

I have given a minus one score because you have not responded to my email asking when the first issue will arrive. The magazine may only be 6 times a year - I can't remember.

Extremely low usability due to very restricted device support

I bought a Kindle Fire to read all my magazines on an electrical device. Unfortunately, this device is not supported, neither is there any possibility to read it on a PC. This only leaves my Samsung...

As the digital part of your subscription gives you instant access to the latest issues this will be why you have both the November and December issues. However, as the print subscription can take up to 6 weeks to start (due to when the next issue goes on sale) this is why the print subscription started with the January issue. I hope that makes sense and we hope you enjoy receiving the print issue to your address and having the digital issue instantly on your device.
