Not receiving magazine

I didn't receive my first magazine on time. I got it two weeks late. The had to send me two replacements as I didn't receive the first one. Was not impressed with this..

Whereas the gift is delivered within 30 days. In the email order confirmation your issue start date should be noted and this will tell you when you should receive your first issue.
