Good Service second time round!!

Had to ask twice for a refund. First time hadnt been actioned despite assurances to the contrary. 2nd request received refund promptly. Subscription is a gift not starting until end of December so...

However as you have been waiting longer I would suggest checking the email order confirmation for your issue start date which should be noted and this will tell you when you should receive your first issue.
