Our shuttle arrived early at our hotel and did not wait for us. The shuttle left before our appointed time. The only option we then had to get to the airport at 5:30am was a 22,000 kroner taxis ride!...

Thank you for taking the time in writing us this review. It sadden us t hear about this and we hope you made it in time to the airport. We can\t help but notice that you are leaving the review to a Golden Circle tour you had booked with us but mention about an airport transfer. We hope that you enjoyed the Golden Circle tour since there is no mention about it in your description. We were able to locate an airport transfer under your last name but with a different first name so we assume it was booked under your travel companion name. We checked our records and our driver was at your hotel for 5 minutes between 05:30 and 05:35, so the pick up was operated as scheduled and informed. Other customers were picked up from the hotel so we cannot tell why your could not locate the bus and use our service.

Easy transfers

My flight arrived nearly an hour early and Greyline rebooked me onto to an earlier bus without any hassle transfer from bus hostel to hotel was smooth and easy. Return journey to airport was the same.
