Great service with Gray Line

The airport transfer service with Gray Line was faultless. They were on time, and ensured we got to our destination in a timely manner also. Would recommend using them.

NOT SATISFIED

Not satisfied.The lady who was collecting the passengers was not clear to her instructions,and could be more polite..No Grey line bus appeared on time,and a bus of Airport Direct took us half an hour...

Thank you for your feedback. It is regrettable that you missed the transfer time you booked with us at 06:30 - we had a departure at 07:30 that you unfortunately missed as well, the next would have been at 09:30 that you were not able to accept. A missed transfer is regrettably not refundable as we offered to reschedule your booking according to our schedule which you were not able to accept
