Quick and efficient transport to the airport

Booking was easy. Email queries were answered promptly. We were picked up right on time and we had a very courteous driver to the airport who got us there in very good time.

Chaotic. Very unclear that the service stops at the Terminal, and transfer to another bus for the downtown drop off - lack of communication to explain this. We were moved to a different time return,...

It is regrettable that you were inconvenienced on arrival as we have added more departures to and from the airport with our partners at Airport Direct. The adjusted time for the return transfer was sent by e-mail to you 4 days prior, unfortunate that you missed this important message. Glad we were able to offer you the next available departure to the airport

It was not clear to me that I have be there 30 minutes prior than the time I request to be picked up. I thought I was 20 minutes early but was told I was marked as a no show for being 10 minutes late.

Thank you for your feedback. The confirmation voucher states the time of pickup from hotels and tour bus stops - this is 30 minutes prior to departure from Reykjavik. The time we allocate for collecting passengers for each departure is this time 30 minutes. I hope you managed to reschedule for the next departure
