thank you for writing your review. Not sure what to make of the comment of convenient dropoff for tours but we are rather restricted when it comes to our larger vehicles in the city center where it is prohibited for them to enter. Our smaller shuttles do the job of taking passengers nearer to their accommodation. Iceland is known to be an expensive country and our workers are being paid reasonably well. The expense of running a business and very expensive equipment will certainly reflect on the fares. We do hope that you enjoyed your visit with us in Iceland

Thank you for your feedback. The shared shuttle service has large coaches and at the time you have booked a very busy time at the airport. The departures are every hour on the hour and at times 2 coaches are in service for each departure. The airport coach arrives at the main terminal where passengers change to smaller vehicles to take them to their respective hotels. This saves time. The larger coaches can only stop at very few locations in the city center and would take a long time, therefore this arrangement. It is unfortunate that you found this inconvenient

Sehr schöne Tour, die letzten beiden Stops aber schon im Dunkeln

Time-Management wurde nicht eingehalten. Beinahe eine Stunde Verspätung (nicht wegen des Verkehrs), ist schwierig, wenn man nach der Tour weitere Touren am Abend gebucht hat!

Kein wirklich direkter Transfer zum Hotel.

Der notwendige zweite Buswechsel beim drop Off zu den Hotels wird vorab leider nicht erwähnt, dauert natürlich extra lange, schade.
