Thank you for your feedback and recommendations that indeed we are always trying to implement. Due to the recent snow storm when flights were delayed, airport road frequently closed and all our staff on call to make sure everything would go as smoothly as possible. I hope you can visit us at a time when things are a bit calmer. The hotel dropoff at your selected location is implemented by the city of Reykjavik to help decongest the city center. A few steps from hotel in nicer weather would have been ideal and not so difficult

Thank you for your feedback - during the recent snow storm we had a real challenge keeping up with phone calls and amending bookings for customers as roads frequently closed and airlines were delayed and cancelled.
