Thank you for the feedback. Regrettably you were able to book the combination tour that was no longer available in one day. Our staff did contact you for with this information and offered to make the booking on separate days but regrettably you were not able to accept one or the other tour separately. A prompt refund was offered and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Grayline fine but Northern Lights a no show twice

Grayline didn’t put a foot wrong and we’re great at communicating that the tour was cancelled. Sadly the weather let us down and we were unable to see the lights.
