Your booking was a shared shuttle service, One of many smaller shuttles will be assigned 3-4 locations each to collect passenger booked from certain hotels and tour bus stops in areas where customers are booked at any one time, not all locations all over the city. This process may take 10-15 minutes and we ask passengers to be ready at their location at a certain time. Regrettably we cannot come to the door of many of the hotels in the city center and Reykjavik city council has assigned tour bus stops for this purpose that are regrettably inadequate shelters to say the least, and now specially in Winter can be a challenge and certainly needs improvement. I do hope that your visit with us in Iceland was otherwise pleasant.
