Dear Ramatsobane, thank you for taking the time writing us this review. We are sad to see that you did not take the transfer booked with us. As informed pick up for your transfer starts 30 min prior to departure time, so 05:30 in your case. Our driver was at your hotel for no less than 8 minutes and waited for you from 05:30 until 05:38. We had to mark you as no-show since you did not made yourself present at that time and other customers needed to be picked up. Please note that we have tens of customers to pick up from all over Reykjavik and we inform customers to be ready at their pick up location when pick up starts.

Regarding the pick up I can see you were provided with the confirmation email along with a voucher including pick up information (location and time). The pick up location you choose was Skarfabakki Cruise Terminal and our driver was at the locate for 36 minutes picking up many other customers. We regret to see that you did not manage to locate him, given the long waiting time.
