Thank you for writing us about your experience with us. It seems like you experience some issues with the drop off after the tour. Please note that drop off can happen with different and multiple buses. Big buses where customers have to stand are also used and on these transfers (pick up and drop off) seats are not reserved, so customers can choose any seat according to the boarding order, similar to a public bus. It sadden us to see a 1 star review for this tour but we hope you had a great time on the Golden Circle afterall.

Fast and easy but fix the currency conversion.

Booking was fast and easy. Very simple process. I will say that only concern is that the currency kept switching from the one selected and the price didn’t seem to convert accurately.
