Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your order experience. We are sorry to hear that your order has not met your expectations. All of our artificial grass is cut, rolled and wrapped within our warehouses, where quality control processes are in place to ensure products leave us in the condition expected and free from damage. However, we recognise that, on rare occasions, a roll may not arrive exactly as intended. We use this feedback to identify areas that need improvement. From the information available on your order, we can see that creasing has occurred towards the end of the roll. Whilst we appreciate this is disappointing to see, it is not entirely uncommon during storage and / or transportation. In many cases, if time permits and weather conditions are favourable, laying the grass out flat in warm sunlight can help the backing relax and allow the creases to reduce or disappear naturally. Should time or weather conditions not allow for this, we can offer to collect and replace the grass, or collect it for a refund, provided the roll remains in its original condition and has not been cut, fitted or otherwise altered.
