Poor delivery service as I paid more than normal for postage and expected parcel to arrive within two days at max and received it 5 days later

I'm sorry that the rod you ordered on Thursday 18/09/14 wasn't delivered until Monday 22/09/14. We used Parcelforce's Express service on this occasion due to the length of the parcel and the parcel was collected from our shop on Friday 19/09/14 at 10.44. I have copied and pasted the Parcelforce tracking details below.
