Hi there, Thanks for the negative feedback, albeit we are a little disappointed with the score as we had resolved the issue with you. You emailed us to say that you received a black JL sweater instead of a dark navy version. The packaging was dark navy so this was really unusual as we have never stocked the black version. We still looked into a replacement which was out of stock as it was a clearance sale item. We then refunded you 50 euros which was extremely generous given the value of the item and you kept the black version. You appeared to be happy with this, though you provided us with a one star score - for a 50 euro refund on a sale item. Thanks for being that guy. Team GP
