Good but very busy so often had to wait long for service.

The venue is very nice and has good amenities. The bar area is extensive, including a notable patio area, with a good offering behind the bar. The restaurant was very good and the staff attentive. ...

From a golf perspective, it is a course at a hotel, so priority is clearly with the latter. The course is fun to play but could have been looked after better given the dry weather this summer -...

The hotel was great for our needs. Safe parking at a fee. Very good as we could safely leave golf clubs in the car. Would have liked there to have been a restaurant at the hotel, but many very close...

Lovely golf course. Greens were a bit slow. Pro shop very helpful and found us a slightly earlier tee time

Loved this course. A few bare patches in the odd fairway. Only to be expected after the dry summer. Greens were great. A good test of golf

Nice course. We preferred Le Mer but that is just individual taste. In pretty good condition considering the hot summer

Golf was good. Hotel and restaurant had no real idea we were staying. Golf shop and golf pro commented on the fact they have poor communication between each. Breakfast was not at the time...

Golf was very good, buggies available on request. Fairways and greens in good condition despite they renovating.

I thought the man on reception was an absolute ****.

Golf was the best bit about the experience

A good hotel for our golf trip location. Very friendly team. Rooms are good. Car park is a small issue as limited spaces. Breakfast ticked the boxes and good start to the day.

This was our least favourite of the 3 we played. The front and back 9 are chalk and cheese. The front 9 are ok, nothing jumps off the page at you. Tired feel to it. The back 9 is very different,...

This was probably our favourite course of the 3 we played. Some very good holes with stunning views. The course was a good test and worth visiting. The condition of the course was top notch and...

A very good golfing test for all levels. The course was in good condition and the greens very lovely. The views are very good. Would definitely play here again. The hospitality in the clubhouse...

It has all gone downhill over the years. It is now very tired with mostly zero hours contract employees. Surface clean but not the corners or edges it is sad. The evening meal was very slow with over...

The course just feels neglected and scruffy we hired buggies they were all filthy Brocken keys ect Staff member just said they are on zero hours contract so not bothered. Ceiling falling down in...

Evening meal was poor and felt we were seated in the cheap seat area, rammed in. Room was nice but tired in places.

Course was good and challenging, due to weather very dry and hard. Course management was poor first day we had two groups of very low standard and waited every hole. Took us 5.5 hours and day two...

Very enjoyable stay. Course and Hotel were lovely and great value for money

Really enjoyed the course despite it being hilly. Staff were helpful and well organised
