Customer Service is always good, however the processing of returns is questionable. It's the quality of the merchandise that rates low. Also, the time it takes to get returns processed from America.

I have not received this ring. I am not getting updates from FedEx. I called Gemporia and was told that nothing can be done until January 31st.
