Thank you for your recent feedback, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received in regards to postage/ courier service. I can confirm the item DDTI14 had been dispatched on 25/05/2015. We do state on all orders it will take between 4-6 working days However, your 6th day would have expired on 02/06/2015. I would advise you to wait till the end of this week. If you do not receive it by this week to contact us again and we will have to email lost parcels and put in a investigation for you. In the meantime please do accept our sincere apologies and hope to rectify the situation as soon as.
