Love the site, live auctions & some of their pieces, but they take far far too long to refund customers for returns.

With regards to returns, I can see that your two most recent returns were refunded by our accounts within 18 hours of the return being received. However, some card providers do take several working days to return the money to your account, after we have authorised it. We take your point about the placing of posts on stud earrings,and they do vary depending on the individual designs.If you call Customer Services on 0333 400 8000, Option 5, they will usually have a side photo of any stud earrings, and be able to advise you where the post is placed.
