Fascinating viewing ,knowledgeable presenters,lovely to have the live link to message presenter to see gem stones,& ask question when needed.Great value gem stones, huge varieties of cut & type.
The process was great but the large gemstone was supplied with a standard gem box far too small for the gem to sit in.

Unfortunately we only stock gem pots of one size, we will pass your comments to the relevant department for them to look into getting bigger pots for the larger carat weight gems we sell.
