Generally very good, and lovely presenters. It's sometimes frustrating when stones arrive with faults - chips etc. that weren't seen when shown, or if two stones are purchased that are meant to match, but are actually different colour shades. Generally I think this channel is improving, and the range of gemstones getting better.
Very disappointing. How can you show me a stone on screen,let me buy it, confirm it,then tell me it is "unavailable" Either you have lost it or want to give it someone else (it was expensive,scarce...
