Thankyou for your Feedback on the 9.55ct Padparadscha Quartz. Firstly, regarding the review request- we do not send those out. These are generated by an independent company called FEEFO, and should be issued several days after despatch, by which time the parcel is expected to have been received.With regards to Paypal errors- again this is a completely separate company. If an order is placed by the customer online, and the payment process is not completed correctly, then Paypal themselves cancel the order a few minutes later. This is not done by Gems TV, but an automatic "failed payment" process by Paypal. In that case if you call the Call Centre all we are able to do is to try to re-instates the order using a payment card. You can alternatively place the order yourself again online,using Paypal if you wish to do so.As Paypal is a completely independent company we are unable to place an order using it, or edit a Paypal order at all, other than to manually cancel the order if requested by the customer.We apologise that this order seems to have taken a day or so longer than it should have done, but Royal Mail shows it delivered on January 15th. Please call Customer Services on 0333 400 8000, Option 5 if you have any further concerns.
