Waited 2 weeks for roller to arrive then found it had a big dent in the metal. Needed it urgently by that time so couldn't risk another long delay and didn't send it back.

Unfortunately, when you placed your order the Cobra roller was out of stock and was clearly labelled as such on the website.
Our policy is always to get in touch with the customer to check that they are aware the item is out of stock. We always ask customers if they are happy to wait, which you said you were.
We were dismayed to hear that the roller arrived with a dent in it. Unfortunately, because you did not let us know, we could not help you.
Mower is great but was delivered without the battery and charger. Phoned company and lady I spoke to organised delivery of missing items for the next day and emailed me to let me know they had left....
