We provide free oil with most of our petrol garden machinery and we obviously replaced the bottle that leaked in transit.
Unfortunately, you did not tell us that there was a problem with the strimmer when it arrived.
If items arrive damaged then please let us know immediately so that we can replace the item for you or send a replacement part.

We apologise for the poor delivery experience that you had. We were very concerned to hear that the courier was so unhelpful and we have passed your comments on to our supplier and complained on your behalf.
Fortunately we were able to identify and replace the nut and bolt that were cross threaded so you are now able to adjust the handle on your mower.

Our only problem was that delivery could be any time up till 7pm and you couldn't be more speciic. We had to stay in all day until late afternoon when the delivery arrived.
