Thank you very much for your feedback.Most couriers require a signature on delivery and some of our customers request that the item should be left with a neighbour if they are out.
Obviously on this occasion, leaving the item with a neighbour was not satisfactory and caused your neighbour undue stress. We apologise for this and we will pass on your comments to our supplier.
We are always looking for ways to improve our overall service. As a result of customer feedback we have recently introduced tracking emails for the majority of our products so that our customers can track their delivery and anticipate its arrival.
