Valerie. Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately this is the company policy. Our stock for stores and the website is separate, therefore we cannot return web items in store and the same, vice versa. The policy is clearly stated on the website. On the returns form you receive with your order, the returns process is detailed and does not say that you can return the item to a store. Thanks Gant Customer Service

garment seemed fine. slight tear was found so returned. I am awaiting reply.I have e mailed and tried to phone,with no joy.
