It took 2 weeks to receive a reply via email and nobody answers the phone…

It took 2 weeks to receive a reply via email and nobody answers the phone number given or replies to the voice mail left. Pretty useless customer service.

Mr Brown. Thank you for your feedback. I have looked at your order history and I can see that we exchanged your sweater on the 20th Jan and then delivered it on the 21st Jan. Lorraine. Thank you for your feedback. Our chosen carrier is UPS, and I am sorry if you had issues with the delivery. The order was placed on the 13th Jan and was shipped on the 14th Jan. As soon as a return is received, it is processed and credited to your account. Thanks.
