The delivery service that Frezyderm used was rather cumbersome because the order could not be delivered at the weekend and I could not change the delivery address.

Hello. We understand your frustration, however it is clearly stated in our shipping policy that delivery takes place only on working days. Did you try to amend your delivery address through the DPD system?
