Hello, thank you for your review. As we can see in your parcel shipping status, the carrier tried to find you but couldn't. They left you a notice asking to pick your package up from a nearby store. However, you didn't pick it up and your package returned back to us. We sent it again today for tomorrow delivery. Please let us know if you face any problem again. Thank you very much for your help. My package wasn’t on the point that I was supposed to pick it up from, the last time. And the employee had no idea about it. I hope for the best now because I am really satisfied with your products
