Didn't follow through and keep pressure on to achieve completion

A good start to the sales process, but did not follow through very well to keep things going. Buyer and seller had to do all the work to get the sale finalised and completed. Not very impressed.

Support not there. Completion and a sale not materialized. Told that non checking and points for me to action not carried through because I was abroad! Only interest was to get me to sign contract...

We're very sorry to hear that you felt as though the service received merited a 2* review and that the communication after a buyer had been found waned a little. With regards to the refund, I have spoken to the Conveyancing Dept. who have informed me that a cheque was sent out on the 8th June 2017 so that should be with you by now.
