Delivery and Storage 9.2 9.2 We may need to inspect the Goods, which could include opening packages where necessary. If we do this, we will re-package the Goods so they are packaged to a similar standard to when we received them. Although we will use reasonable endeavours to avoid doing so, you acknowledge that as part of this inspection we may have to break the seals on some Goods. We do not accept any liability for any damage caused as a result (unless it is due to our negligence)." Unfortunately I cannot see that we received any communication from you via email requesting us to not use adhesive tape to reseal or strengthen your package/box prior to shipping or in relation to the damages to the main box from your shipment that was sent from our Turkey warehouse. Without sufficient evidence or images we cannot clearly determine how or if the damages were caused by the adhesive tape. I will ask one of my senior Customer Experience agents to reach out to you, request further details relating to the damaged box and hopefully we can come to an amicable evaluation of this matter for you.
