I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the fees for shipping from Japan to the Philippines however I see that you have only shipped from the UK to Manilla and not Japan to Manilla. Hi, Many thanks for your feedback, this is very important to us. I'm pleased to hear that you haven't previously had any issues with shipping from the UK however encountered some problems when shipping from our Tax Free address in Guernsey. I do apologise that you were unable to make a saving on vat when shipping to the tax free warehouse, Guernsey uses UK postcodes and many UK retailers deliver to the island on the same terms as mainland UK. Significantly, Guernsey has no VAT or GST. This means that if a UK retailer ship to Guernsey they should not be charging VAT. Most larger retailers are aware of this however some smaller retailers may not be. Hi, Many thanks for your feedback, this is very important to us. When purchasing goods within the UK for delivery to a UK address I'm sorry UK Vat does need to be charged by the retailer even though the shipment is going to be onward shipped outside of the UK as the retailer will not be aware of this. We do offer our UK Tax free warehouse address which is based on the the island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. Guernsey have no vat or GST so any purchases made within the UK being delivered to Guernsey should be vat free. When shipping goods to countries outside of the UK the shipment will have to go through customs clearance on import therefore the importing country may charge additional import duty and taxes, again we have no control over this. We do provide a commercial invoice electronically to the courier when shipping which should include all the information required for export however on import of the goods customs in your country may require additional information to clear the goods for delivery.
